Discount Tire

Stopped by the Discount Tire on Grape Road in Mishawaka before my drive to Texas to check my tire pressure. Jason greeted me with a friendly "Good morning," checked my tire pressure, filled all four tires to the correct pressure, and inspected their overall condition. He's a young professional who clearly knows and loves cars. I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me new tires🛞he gave me honest advice about when I'd actually need them. Excellent customer service, honesty, and professionalism. Thank you, Jason🤝I'll definitely be back❤️

2 weeks ago bought set tires from this location,Discount tire installed on my repainted refinished wheels. 2 weeks later I found scrapes around the hub of my rims on all 4. Took it back and they said your paint was still not dry during install. Ok, I think it was dishonest for them to not reveal the scrapes on day of installion. That's not acceptable I no longer trust this Discount tire location with future purchases and work, I have 4 cars. I am a longtime customer of this location. Workmanship and honesty is questionable now.

5/16/2026 on Saturday around 3:45pm my tires valve stem ruptured on my work vehicle sitting in the driveway. I had originally purchased all 4 tires from Belle Tire so i figured I'd quickly remove the tire and drive over so they could replace the valve stem. I made it to Belle at 4:25 and walked in explaining i have the tire in my trunk please fix it. The guy pointed to the lifts behind him, stated they had all those cars left to complete and turned the repair down. I was clearly disappointed bc I'll need that vehicle first thing Monday please fix it today. He said no and that he could schedule it for Monday. There was only one customer in the lobby at the time. I turned that down and immediately called Discount Tire. Landon answered the phone at Discount and was very polite and did not hesitate to say come on over when i stated what i had going on. Discount Tire replaced the valve stem in about 10-15 minutes. I was out of there before 5 PM! They seemed plenty busy but did not hesitate to squeeze the quick repair in! Thank you Landon and Discount Tire!

I pulled in the Mishawaka, IN store with a left rear tire hissing and losing air quickly. Andy quickly determined I had a wide blade embedded in my tire and they didn’t have my specific tire on hand. We checked with Tire Rack who did and set an appointment but Andy and his team went the extra mile and put my spare on for me at no charge, unbelievable!! I’m a 67 year old with shoulder implants so this was so appreciated!!

Don’t bother going to Grape Rd. They are so inefficient! They don’t gaf about you or your time, they probably do their job on your car with that same attitude. The SB location is great and I love the service, the quality and honesty. They honor their warranties. I have their credit card and only get my wheels serviced here. They carry great brands and have mine in stock. They are obviously great and everyone knows it, because every time I’m there, I always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The Grape road location is the worst for waiting but the closest. Michigan City has been the best for the same quality and friendliness but also they are fast and you really never have the long wait. South Bend is ok and still faster than Grape Rd, but Michigan City really has it all.
